Greenstar runs scheduled, sealed-bid tender events for the sale of its own HFC import quota allocation. Registration is by application; licence and eligibility checks are completed before settlement.

Quota transfer requires a valid Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Licence (SGGL). Licence and eligibility checks are completed before settlement.

Greenstar Climate Solutions Pty Ltd is the sole seller of its own quota allocation: 13,700 tonnes CO₂e across the 2026 and 2027 vintages. Each tender offers a clearly specified volume, with no aggregation of third-party quota.

How it works

Four steps from interest to settlement

    Register

    Submit an expression of interest and confirm your contact details to set up secure portal access. Supporting documents are optional at this stage.

    Receive the Information Memorandum

    On approval, you receive the Information Memorandum and Process Letter in the private buyer area.

  3. 03

    Submit a sealed bid

    Submit your sealed bid through the secure buyer portal before the published deadline. Bid amounts are confidential between bidders: no other participant can see your bid, and no prices are published on this platform.

  4. 04

    Settle with Greenstar

    On selection, execute the sale agreement and settle directly with Greenstar as seller, with the quota transfer lodged via DCCEEW Form 35.
